You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-in perfect condition
-in its original packaging
-returned by 1st Class Tracked & Signed delivery ONLY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are able to cancel any order within 24 hours after placing your order. Simply email : email@example.com - stating your order number & the reason of cancelation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All deliveries are ▪️FREE : 2nd Class Royal Mail Delivery available on all Beauty Orders and are therefore not trackable.
*Our Free Beauty Saver and 1st Class Services are NOT a Guaranteed Delivery, they should arrive within the time scale specified but for time sensitive items please use a Guaranteed service
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order is dispatched will send you a text or email containing your delivery information and tracking number, you can then check the status of your delivery throughout the day.
Free Sample service is limited to 1 per customer and address. We do reserve the right to modify any Free sample order. Delivery charges are added to cover P&Ps upon checkout.
Please note that our Free Sample Service are non-refundable under any circumstances.
